KOCHI: Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences is going global as the doctors from abroad are joining the institute for doing their fellowships.

Two doctors from China and Japan have joined the institute for doing their fellowship in paediatrics, a press release said.

They are also actively taking part in the functions of other departments. Their associates have registered with the institute for the coming fellowship programmes on paediatrics and congenital heart surgeries for a period of one year. The programme has helped the doctors in the institute to share their experience with the doctors from aroad.
